3. We book you in
What date would you like? What service do you require? We provide Inventory check ins, check ins from recent pre existing inventory reports and check outs.
4. Inventory & Check in
A brand new inventory report from scratch with photographs with a high level of detail.
5. A Check in
If you have had an inventory report compiled in the last 3-4 years we can use this to work from and create a highly detailed double document with photographs.
6. A Check out
We will go through the property with the report created at the start of the tenancy and make note of any changes
7. We organise
We can contact your tenants to confirm timings with them and explain to them the procedure of a check out/check in and what they need to do. We meet the tenants at an agreed time to walk them through the property and hand over the keys at check in, or collect keys from them at the check out.
8. We compile the report
We use up to date technology and systems to ensure a fast turn around. Our typists are based in a different time zone to ensure overnight delivery of report recordings.
9. What is included on the report?
A high level of detail for each room and item with photographs, the relevant meter readings are taken, pictures of the keys released/received and smoke alarms /carbon monoxide alarms are tested to ensure full legal compliance.
10. What happens then?
All parties receive a copy of the report and then have 7 days to query anything. After that time period, it is understood that all parties are happy.
We will be on hand with our property management experience to guide landlords and tenants where necessary.
